Vivien Muschietti

Vivien Muschietti brings broad experience in customer service, marketing, and human resources. After joining the company as a Service Desk Manager and Executive Assistant, she became HR, Marketing & Communications Manager in May 2026.

In this role, she manages internal and external marketing and communications, as well as the full scope of event management. She also supports Executive Management with HR matters, coordinates recruitment and onboarding, and took on the role of Vocational Trainer in August 2026.

Alongside her part-time studies toward an HF diploma in Business Administration, she contributes new ideas to Fineva’s development. Reliability, open communication, and a collaborative and appreciative team culture are central to her work.
