Tome Jankov brings more than 30 years of experience as a master carpenter and extensive hands-on expertise to his role as Facility Manager at Fineva. Having led a small team for many years, he has developed strong organizational skills and a people-focused leadership style.
As the primary point of contact for tenants, Tome is committed to addressing their concerns and ensuring they feel comfortable in their properties. He also coordinates contractors and personally assists with minor repairs when needed. His broad technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and practical, solution-oriented approach contribute significantly to the smooth operation of managed properties and consistently high service standards.
