From the First Campaign to Strategic Brand Leadership
Marija Jankov combines creative thinking with a structured approach in her work. She has been part of Fineva AG since December 2022 – initially as a Junior Marketing & Communication Manager in a part-time role alongside her dual studies. Since July 2024, she has been working full-time. During her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, she was looking for a professional challenge that would allow her to apply her academic knowledge directly in practice – and she found exactly that at Fineva.
“I felt comfortable from day one. The combination of trust, responsibility, and creative freedom really motivated me,” Marija recalls.

Content, Campaigns, and Communication with Substance
Whether it’s a LinkedIn post, website optimization, or a corporate brochure – all marketing content at Fineva is developed under Marija’s leadership. She generates ideas, plans content, writes copy, designs campaigns, and coordinates with external partners or the production team—from the initial concept to the final publication.
A key part of her role is also maintaining and developing the company website. In addition to creating content for Fineva, Marija also manages simple client websites; she structures content, plans navigation, and ensures a clear user experience.
“I love it when a project comes together both visually and conceptually—to me, that’s impactful communication.”
Strategic Foundation for the Rebranding
One particularly defining phase in her role was her central involvement in Fineva AG’s rebranding process. Marija conducted all key analyses to develop a forward-looking and sustainable marketing strategy. She examined the market, defined the target audience, analyzed competitor positioning, and worked out how Fineva could stand out more clearly.
“It was about sharpening our identity as a company, defining our strategic direction, and translating that into a clear and tangible brand message,” she explains.
She placed great emphasis on understanding the needs of the target audience and translating those insights into communication approaches that are both relevant and authentic. This strategic groundwork laid the foundation for Fineva AG’s successful rebranding and continues to shape her marketing work today.
Hands-On Communication – for Internal and External Projects
In addition to her digital work, Marija also designs classic marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards—both for internal initiatives and for external client projects.
“Every day is different—that’s exactly what makes my job so exciting. Sometimes it’s all about wording the tiniest details, and sometimes about shaping the bigger visual concept. Often, it’s both at once.”
