Alexandra Castro Paiva

Alexandra Castro Paiva has extensive knowledge of both the family office sector and the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and gained several years of professional experience in a hospital environment. Through a CAS in Health Systems Governance, she further developed her expertise in health law, social insurance law and health economics. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Law.

At Fineva, she works as a Relationship Manager within the Family Office and is also responsible for the Medical Family Office. She supports clients with financial, medical and philanthropic matters and coordinates relationships with banks, physicians, healthcare institutions, foundations and other external partners. Her interdisciplinary expertise enables her to contribute significantly to a comprehensive and highly personalised client service.
