Monika Vitez brings more than 17 years of professional experience in banking, insurance, financial services, administration and international client support. Throughout her career in Croatia, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, she has held various positions in client advisory, banking operations, compliance and branch management. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration VSK and is currently completing further studies in Business Administration at HF level.

At Fineva, Monika leads the Service Desk and is responsible for Finance Operations. She ensures professional support for high-net-worth families and corporate clients and contributes to efficient administrative and financial processes. With her structured and reliable working style, multilingual communication skills and strong client focus, she contributes to smooth operations and a consistently high level of service.
